سوال جالب برای بچه های آزمایشگاه البته تکراری برای میکی های عزیزم:
دربررسی میکروسکوپی نمونه ادرار مردی 45 ساله با سوزش ادرار وترشحات در ناحیه ی تناسلی تعداد زیادی نوتروفیل مشاهده می شود ولی هیچ باکتری مشاهده نمی شود. پس از کشت و انکوباسیون 24 ساعته در محیط کشت آزمایشگاهی نیز هیچ باکتری رشد نمی کند به نظر شما کدام باکتری عامل بیماری است؟
الف)نایسریا گونه ره آ
ب) لژیونلا میکدادی
ج)ویونلا
د)اوره پلاسما اورئولیتیکوم

ورسا جواب صحیح د است توجه کن اوره پلاسما همون جور که خودتون گفتین نیاز به محیط اختصاصی با 10% اوره داره ولی محیط آزمایشگاهی برای کشت ادرار emb &bloodاست از طرفی چون این باکتری خیلی کوچک است با میکروسکوپ نوری نمی تونیم ببینیم/
